We are building architecture-first AI systems. The public parts appear here as research notes and positions; implementation details stay private until they are validated. This page exists to make that boundary explicit rather than vague.
What’s public vs private
A research company keeping work private is normal. Pretending the private work is further along than it is would not be. Here is the line, drawn on purpose.

- Trained models are not published.
- Code
- Architecture implementations stay internal.
- Unvalidated internals
- Work that is not yet shown to hold is not presented as if it were.
